Salmon eggs are brought to the school in February and raised to the fry stage when then are released on a school field trip in June. MTU provides volunteer support/assistance at Richard Maghakian Memorial School in Brookline. We provide weekly monitoring of the tank setup starting with egg delivery through fry release day in June. Take a look at the RMMS 2nd Graders... This year, Boynton Middle School in New Ipswich was added to the program with the assistance of US F&W.
